Heathwood Hall Summer Programs offers more than 100 specialty camps, as well as our popular Highlander Day Camp, for kids age 2 through rising 8th grade. Join us for one week or for the entire summer! Camps include everything from arts to sports to academics, as well as SAT prep and for-credit courses for high school students. We also offer optional hot lunches every day. This summer we’ll be following the same careful and thorough safety protocols that have allowed us to offer in-person learning this school year. JCC 2021

JCC Camp Gesher provides a safe, vibrant, and enriching day camp experience for ALL Midlands area children, successfully blending value-based character education and community leader presentations with traditional summer camp activities. Each camper will enjoy a range of creative programming, including swim lessons, sports activities, drama and dance, music, arts and crafts, gardening, fitness, all-camp events, playing in our gymnasium and swimming in our “state of the art,” heated salt water pool.

Bring your Lil’ Chef over and you’ll pick up a newly self-confident child who will beg to cook dinner for you! Your Lil’ Chef will create his or her own snacks and lunch and we’ll supply everything that he or she will need for an amazing week or day filled with newly developed life-long skills including math, science, reading and chemistry! Camps are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and all supplies, a take home booklet at the end of the week of recipes made during camp, snacks and lunches are included! Just bring your lil’ chef!

Historic Columbia Summer Camp: Blast from the Past

HC 2021

 Celebrate the return of Historic Columbia’s summer camp with a blast from the past, highlighting previous camp favorites, all in a safe setting practicing CDC recommendations and guidelines. Create slime and choreographed dances to rival your favorite boy bands from the 1990s, launch your own rocket as you learn about the Apollo 8 mission, read about popular comic book characters from 1968 – like the Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Batman – and design your own superhero! Play historic games like find-the-thimble and ball-in-cup. And most importantly, take part in epically-themed water balloon battles!
