When no one can pick a place to eat, I have the perfect place for (almost) everyone! BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse.
My first time eating at BJ’s was in Houston, Texas, long before the restaurant made it’s way to Columbia. Even then, it served a purpose greater than we would have known it would. Traveling with about 15 people, BJ’s literally had something for everyone! Can you imagine 15 people of various ages and stages trying to decide on ONE restaurant? Chaos almost always ensues.
On a recent outing with a few family members, no one could decide on what we would eat. It was one of those situations where none of us had a particular taste for anything, but could pretty quickly say “no” to the wrong thing. And to top it all off, the youngest one was hangry.
The biggest dilemma was finding something on Harbison that everyone could be satisfied with. We had a vegan, a foodie that likes to pretend to be a healthy eater, a teenager that only wants chicken tenders, and an eight-year-old that “doesn’t eat cheese” but loves cheese pizza. BJ’s fit the bill!
BJ’s offers a wide variety of food. From Ahi Poke to Mandarin Glazed Pork chops, and a drink menu almost as varied as the food. They also have many televisions so you can catch the game of your choice on any given game day. All of us left pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied!
