One of my all-time favorite foods is biscuits. Yep, biscuits! Fortunately, living in the south makes it very easy to get access to some fabulous biscuit meals. So today I am very excited to feature Rambo’s Fat Cat Biscuits on Columbia Mom EATS!
Rambo’s has some of the best biscuits you will ever eat! Their menu includes items such as the fried green tomato biscuit, seared pork belly biscuit, chipotle pimento cheese & egg biscuit, and of course, biscuits and gravy. Rambo’s also serves up some tasty sides like cheesy hash browns, blue corn grits with pimento cheese, and Market Mac n Cheese.

They also feature daily specials which can range anywhere from corn beef and hash with a runny egg on top in honor of St. Patrick’s Day to one of a kind options like a catfish biscuit platter with ginger beer-battered catfish served with shrimp hushpuppies & honey butter (yes someone on our team tried it and yes it was amazing).
Having a hard time deciding what to order? It’s understandable. We’ve been there too. The staff recommends their signature fried chicken biscuit served with pickles and scallion aioli with a side of cheesy hashbrowns.
Everything is homemade and it shows. From the thick, fluffy biscuits to the hand-breaded chicken and housemade sauces, plus the creative menu pairings with a touch of southern flare, Rambo’s Fat Cat Biscuits is the perfect addition to the Capital City.
You can find Rambo’s at Soda City Market every Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. You can also visit them at their storefront in NOMA on the outskirts of Cottontown at 2430 Main Street. Visit them in person from 7 a.m. -2 p.m. Tuesday – Friday, or 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Or, if you’d prefer, order online or use their newly created app for pickup!
