The goal of Yoga Mama is to support and connect the community of expectant and new moms in Columbia SC through yoga. Yoga Mama specializes in working with pregnant women to help them prepare their bodies for labor using breath work and movement with prenatal yoga and guides new moms back into their bodies with postnatal yoga. Yoga Mama offers classes all over Columbia including Postnatal Yoga at the Rooted Community in Rosewood, Mom and Baby Yoga at Amsa Yoga studio, and private prenatal and postnatal yoga classes.
