Mama & Baby Yoga With Heather

Join us for our Mom & Baby Yoga class—a beautiful space to honor your body and connect with fellow women on this incredible journey of motherhood. Led by the amazing Heather Nieves and her little one, immerse yourself in a gentle self-love flow designed to nurture both you and your baby. 
Remember, it truly does take a village! Stay after class for a chance to bond with other moms and share experiences. Please ensure your doctor gives the green light for postpartum class attendance. We can’t wait to flow with you and your little yogi!
