Postnatal Yoga for moms and babies

An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Thursday, repeating until November 21, 2019
Calling all Moms back to your mat! With your baby! The class will work on flexibility, opening the chest, neck, and shoulders as well as soothing muscles from nursing and caring for baby. Postnatal Yoga gives moms the opportunity to feel both physically and mentally supported by the community. Babies are welcome as long as they are not yet mobile! (recommended for moms 4 weeks-6 months postpartum)
