The mission of Heal & Seal is to empower women to rediscover the strength and beauty of their bodies through the core and pelvic floor. Each phase compounds upon the prior and is designed to take a woman from sedentary or newly postpartum to a functional place where she can begin or resume any physical program she desires without fear of re-separating or symptoms returning. Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness
Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. Our mission is to provide high quality pelvic health care in your home, office, gym, or wherever is convenient for you.
