Heal & Seal

H&S Guide

The mission of Heal & Seal is to empower women to rediscover the strength and beauty of their bodies through the core and pelvic floor. Women are constantly being told lies that they are broken and hopeless when pregnant and postpartum. We exist to restore the hope in women that they are strong and capable. Heal & Seal is a 3-Phase program that heals Diastasis Recti and symptoms related to pelvic floor dysfunction such as midline doming and incontinence both prenatally or postpartum, which, women are forever postpartum so healing is not limited by age or number of children. Each phase compounds upon the prior and is designed to take a woman from sedentary or newly postpartum to a functional place where she can begin or resume any physical program she desires without fear of re-separating or symptoms returning. Heal & Seal focuses on encouraging the woman to connect to and strengthen her body from the inside out with simple techniques and movements created uniquely by Ashley Kates herself which sets this program apart from many other programs. We are personal, intentional and empathetic. If you are struggling with your core and pelvic floor, reach out. You are not alone and you can heal. You are beautiful. You are strong.

Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness

SoulShine Guide

Soulshine Pelvic Health and Wellness specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. Our mission is to provide high quality pelvic health care in your home, office, gym, or wherever is convenient for you. We have a wonderful space at The Well Collective (on Rosewood Drive) where we can treat you as well. It is important to us to educate the community about pelvic health, to give each and every client the empowerment to take control of their health and wellness, and to give clients the space to talk about some of the tough (but important!) stuff. Some common diagnoses treated with pelvic floor physical therapy are  pain with sexual activity (dyspareunia), other pelvic pain such as vulvodynia and/or vaginismus, urinary and/or fecal incontinence (leaking) after 6 weeks postpartum, urinary urgency and/or frequency, constipation, diastasis recti or abdominal separation, coccydynia or tail bone pain, pelvic organ prolapse, or post operatively from surgeries addressing prolapse, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis or painful bladder syndrome, return to exercise after giving birth, pregnancy-related pain, preparing the pelvic floor for the birthing process, and scar management, postpartum or otherwise.
